Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed with Manu's Kitchen through manuskitchen.online.

1. Cancellations
You may cancel an order before the food is prepared or dispatched. Once preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded, as food is prepared fresh to order.

2. Refunds
A refund will be issued in the following cases:
- The order was not delivered
- A wrong item was delivered
- The item received was damaged or of unacceptable quality

To request a refund, please contact us on the same day with your order number and, where applicable, a photo of the item.

3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds for online (prepaid) payments are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are handled directly with you.

4. Not Eligible
Refunds are not provided for reasons of change of mind after preparation, or for delays caused by incorrect address or unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery.
